Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that customers feel secure in their transactions with Nerochat, while also protecting Nerotix Technologies Private Limited from misuse of the refund process.

1. Trial Period

Nerochat offers a free trial period of up to three (3) months for new users. During this trial period, users can explore available features of the platform. Since no payment is required to start the trial, users are not charged during this period.

If the user decides not to continue with Nerochat, they may cancel the trial at any time before the trial period ends without incurring any charges.

Once a user subscribes to any paid Nerochat services after the trial period, they become ineligible for a refund.

The trial period is provided to allow users to evaluate the platform thoroughly before making a purchase decision. If the user is unsatisfied, they are encouraged to discontinue usage before subscribing to any paid plan.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for any already paid period.
