The Solution is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the terms and conditions and all other policies listed as part of the Solution, outlines the privacy practices of the Solution regarding collection, use and safeguard of your information through the Solution and the services offered thereupon.
By using, registering or signing up for the Solution, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any of these terms, your usage of the Solution will be restricted.
Your clicking of the “agree” button and submission of personal information or, if you are a minor, the submission of your personal information either by your parents (or your legal guardian) or by you with the permission of your parents (or legal guardian) to the Solution will be deemed as your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and agreement to be contacted by us to inform you about products and/or services and/or upcoming benefits offered by us or any of our affiliates or sub-domains.

We may use your personal information to validate requests, fulfill transactions, improve service quality, provide recommendations, marketing communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, detect fraud and enforce terms.

We may disclose personal information to affiliates or third-party service providers when required for service delivery, advertising, customer support, legal compliance or security purposes.
Non-personal information includes system identifiers, device data, application software, and usage data. Such information is anonymized and used to improve services and ensure compliance.
Nerochat uses Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure. All WhatsApp messaging data shared by clients resides on Meta’s Cloud infrastructure, with data centers located in North America and the European Union. Data localization is not offered for WhatsApp messaging data.
The Solution may collect anonymous location data through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or other technologies to improve service performance. Location data is collected only with user consent and in non-identifiable form.
We use permanent and temporary cookies to enhance user experience. Cookie data is treated as non-personal information unless linked with personal identifiers.
The Solution may contain links to third-party services including WhatsApp Business platforms. Such services are governed by their respective privacy policies. The Company shall not be responsible for third-party privacy practices, content or losses.
You are responsible for providing accurate information. Requests for correction or deletion may be limited due to legal, regulatory or technical requirements.
We and our affiliates or third-party service providers may process information for legitimate business purposes. Opting out may impact service availability.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Solution or third-party services.
